1. Shipping Carrier & Regional Restrictions

Carrier: DHL, EMS, FedEx

Available Countries: Worldwide (Excluding restricted areas)

Regional Restrictions:

/ Shipping is restricted to conflict zones and high-risk areas (e.g., Russia, parts of             Ukraine) due to international circumstances.

/ Deliveries to military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) and P.O. Box addresses may not be     available depending on carrier policies.

/ Remote areas or islands may incur a "Remote Area Surcharge" and longer delivery         times

2, Customs, Duties & Taxes

Recipient's Responsibility: All customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient (buyer)

If a package is destroyed or returned due to unpaid duties, the customer is responsible for all associated costs, and no refund will be issued for the product.

3, Exchange & Return Policy (Important)

No Returns for Change of Mind: Due to the complexities of international shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a simple change of mind (e.g., size, color, or preference).

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support within 7 days of receipt.

Return Shipping Costs: In the event of a return for any reason, the customer is responsible for the full round-trip shipping costs (initial shipping + return shipping).
